October Construction Update [PHOTOS]

It’s been way too long since we’ve posted a major construction update which can only mean we have TONS of awesomeness to share with you. So much awesomeness that we’re splitting our Construction update into 2 posts! This post will let you know how Phase 1 of construction is coming along and when we’ll be welcoming our first residents home!

Construction Phase 1

It’s always been our goal to complete the building’s exterior, lobby, leasing office and major amenity spaces by early November 2014. Thanks to our relentless construction crew we are right on track to meet our deadline!

FIRST RESIDENTS:

Our first residents move-in December 1, 2014.
NOTE: There are ONLY 35 apartment homes included in Phase 1 of construction. As of October 17th we have leased 15 of the available 35 units. We expect most, if not all, of the remaining 20 units to be leased over the next few weeks.
