Lets not let summer pass us by without having one last pitcher of sangria – agreed? This is a simple but complex tasting sangria, we really love the addition of the cinnamon sticks.
- 4 (750 milliliter) bottles of red wine
- 1 1/4 cups of white sugar
- 2 Granny Smith apples, cored and sliced
- 4 fresh peaches, sliced
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, thinly sliced
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 3 liters of lemon lime flavored soda
In a large pitcher combine all items (except soda) refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. When you’re ready to serve, discard the cinnamon sticks and add the lemon lime soda. Enjoy!
