Omar is part of our Maintenance Crew at Winthrop. We sat down with him this week to get to know him better!

Where are you originally from? Baltimore, MD.  I am a local guy.

How long have you worked for Winthrop/Bozzuto? I have worked 8 months with Bozzuto and all 8 have been at the Winthrop!

What is your favorite Winthrop amenity? I love Studio W.  We hosted my daughter’s birthday party in Studio W last month and all the guest’s loved the room!

What is your favorite place to eat around Winthrop? I love Cheesecake Factory and the best part is you can walk there because it is right across the street!

What is your favorite kind of music or group? I like my different genres of music but I can listen to jazz all day!

What do you love about Winthrop? Everything! From my co-workers to the residents we provide service to. Working here has been a pleasure

Winthrop is pet friendly – do you have a pet? I do not but I love dogs!

What is one summer/fall activity you always look forward to around town? The start of football season. GO RAVENS!

What is the first word that comes to mind to describe yourself? Helpful!
