Sid Yoga, also known as 4 Warriors Yoga, is rooted in the personal practice of Sid McNairy. He began meditating as a young athlete, encouraged by coaches who understood the benefits. As an adult, Sid forayed into a more formal yoga practice. He eventually introduced yoga to the football team at Northern Illinois University, where it offered relief (and a winning season) to the athletes.
Sid and his team of other talented instructors offer the signature Hour of Power multiple times throughout the day. It’s a Vinyasa-style yoga class that gets the blood flowing and the body sweating as you transition quickly from one pose to the next.
